Neon Arcade is not yet publicly released. This notice describes the current test version; live advertising, store products and publisher details must be finalised before App Store release.
1. Current version
Neon Arcade is currently a pre-release game collection for testing. The games, artwork and features can change. There is no enabled real purchase or live publisher advertising in the current build.
2. Free play and adverts
Free access requires internet. The current ad policy requests an interstitial after each successful Twisty level and every second failed attempt; odd failed attempts restart without an interstitial. Banners can be present during play. Ad availability and format are controlled by the provider and are not guaranteed.
3. Optional assistance
The initial two Hint and two Undo uses are separate one-time allowances. Subsequent uses cost one shared help point unless covered by active premium access. An optional rewarded video in the main menu grants a point only on a genuine reward event. Points have no cash value.
4. Planned monthly subscription
Ad-free access is planned as a one-month automatically renewing App Store subscription, including covered help and verified offline access. Any final offer must clearly show its local price and renewal terms before purchase. No subscription is being sold through this website or in the current test version.
5. Renewal and restoration
Once offered, renewal and cancellation are managed through Apple. Cancelling renewal normally leaves access until the verified paid entitlement ends. Purchases can be restored using the same Apple account. Final store terms govern billing, refunds and applicable consumer rights.
6. Local saves
Saves and records are stored locally. Do not assume that uninstalling, replacing a device or clearing app data will preserve them. Cloud saves are not part of the current version.
7. Before public release
The publisher’s legal identity, final product details and full distribution terms must be supplied and reviewed before release. This page is transparent test-version information, not a claim that those release requirements have been completed.
