Neon Arcade is not yet publicly released. This notice describes the current test version; live advertising, store products and publisher details must be finalised before App Store release.
1. Scope and status
This notice covers the current pre-release iOS version of Neon Arcade, containing Twisty and Color Blocks. The Avandoo brand provides the contact point. Publisher legal identity and any additional legally required details must be confirmed before public app release.
2. Data saved on your device
The app locally saves game progress, high scores, language, sound/music/vibration preferences, shared help points, starter help allowances and a completed-attempt counter. There is no app account, cloud-save service or online leaderboard in the current version. Removing app data may remove these records.
3. Advertising in this test version
Google Mobile Ads sample banner, interstitial and rewarded ads connect to Google. No publisher live-ad units, IDFA tracking request or separate analytics service is enabled. SDK network requests may include technical device and connection information; sample ads should not be interpreted as an app that never contacts third parties. Before live ads launch, the appropriate Google consent flow, privacy controls and disclosures must be configured.
4. Internet checks and offline access
Free access requires internet connectivity. A small HTTPS request to Google’s connectivity endpoint checks reachability without transmitting game progress or app account identifiers. An active verified subscription is designed to allow offline play until its entitlement expires.
5. Subscription verification
The planned monthly subscription uses Apple’s in-app purchase system. Verified StoreKit entitlement information determines access. The app does not ask for card numbers or process your payment credentials. No real subscription product is configured in the current test version.
6. Sound and permissions
Music and sound effects are bundled with the app. Playback does not need microphone permission. Haptic effects use supported device hardware. Development builds can connect to a development server for debugging.
7. Your choices
Sound, music and vibration can be switched off in Settings. Privacy Options will provide applicable advertising privacy controls before live ads are enabled. Tracking permission must not be required to play. Use our support page for privacy questions.
